Woodland on the estate

An Introduction

Patshull Park Estate is situated midway between Telford and Wolverhampton in 1800 acres of secluded Shropshire countryside. The estate compromises of 1200 acres of arable land, 400 acres of woodland and the 200 acre Patshull Park.

The Patshull estate was under the ownership of the crown for many years, it was bought by the Mercer family in 2020.

“We are looking to farm the estate in a diverse and holistic manner, contributing to the environment and the local community. Also adapting modern and high welfare farming practices, it’s the ideal place for a relaxing break, walk or on-site fishing, with the estate’s 75 acres of fishing lakes.”
